Important Details

We will accept registration applications postmarked July 1. Applications postmarked from July 1 to August 1 will be placed together in a lottery to fill camp and determine positions on waiting lists for couples and singles. If your application or payment is mailed after August 1 and we are full, we will add your name to the appropriate wait list. Camp will be gender balanced.

To register, click the Registration links above. You’ll still need to send payment by mail. The postmark  is used for the lottery.

Age 30 & over $225
Age 16 – 29 $115
Age 6 – 15 $95
Age 2 – 5 $55
Age under 2 free but must be registered

Cancellations – Up to 2 weeks before camp starts, full refund less $20. Within 2 weeks, refunds are dependent on our finding someone to take your place; usually, we’re successful.

There are 7 sleeping cabins, each with three 8-person heated rooms. The bunk beds have plastic covered mattresses. You may want to bring an extra pad as the mattresses tend to be cold. Campers share common, gender specific bathhouses. You may also choose to pitch a tent or park a recreational vehicle in the parking lot. The registration fee is the same regardless of your sleeping choice.

Dancing and feasting are in the main lodge. It’s a beautiful spacious room with parquet floors and picture windows overlooking Fall Creek Reservoir. The grounds have hiking trails, a large field for soccer, a basketball court and, of course, the reservoir for kayaking and canoeing.

Scholarship Opportunities:

Here is a summary of opportunities. There is more information on the Scholarships Page.

Work exchange scholarships! We have several positions on both the dish washing crew and the coffee crew. In exchange for several short shifts washing dishes or making coffee throughout the weekend, we will reimburse campers $90 for making coffee and $115 for washing dishes. This is a great opportunity for those of you on a tight budget, or those interested in lending a hand to making our excellent weekend run smoothly. Read the Scholarships Page for more information and be sure to check the appropriate box on your registration.

The Donna Ranae Scholarship Fund – Several $115 off scholarships are available; see the Scholarships Page for more information.

Local Dance Communities – Ask your local dance group or folklore society for support. Many have help available for their members.
